With all due modesty, this is simply the best Charlotte Home search site available... inside each house on the Google map you'll find specific searches of homes, luxury home or condo searches. In each house link you'll find links to community information and photos of that area. Originally posted on our sister site, CharlotteCommunities, we are increasingly posting SOLD Home Reports on the map links as well- so you can see available homes... and more and more of Sold Charlotte Homes. In a few weeks, most houses will also have this crucial home sold information.

Each Yellow House contains an area home search link, a luxury home link, a condo link ( in most cases), a photo link, and specific community information. The home search links will search only the specific area, or in some cases part of the area by zip code. If you prefer, the same links are in a table below the map. On the Home Search Links, you may map your choices by scrolling to the bottom of the page and click on the left "Map Properties". You may review the summaries, compare areas, and if you are here for the first time and you request listing details, after a bit the system requests an email. No worries, you get logins and no one will bother you here. Nada. It is safe. We will be adding more and more Charlotte features to the map. The green picnic tables are major parks, helicopters are airports, golf guys are golf courses (there are more, send in your link), school houses are Colleges/University's. Its easy and fun to compare various areas.

In 2007, 123 homes were sold.  The median price being $414,314 and an average cost per square foot of $137.

These homes, sold in zip code 28210, are from the following featured communities:  Cameron Wood, Beverly Woods, Sharon Woods, Mountainbrook, Quail Hollow, Madison Park, Starmount and Brandon Forest.

In 2008, 28 properties were sold in the 28210 zip code, with a median price of $290,219 and an average cost per square foot of $136. 

In 2007, 37 properties were sold with the median price being $307,715 and an average cost per square foot of $142.  This represents a 4% price decrease, and a 24% decrease in sales.

The sample of homes, sold from zip code 28270, are from the following communities:  Bellemeade, Highland Forest, Mckee Plantation, Hembstead, East Providence Estates and Providence Plantation. 

In 2008, 10 properties were sold in the 28270 zip code, with a median price of $674,613 and an average cost per square foot of $166.  In 2007, 7 properties were sold with the median price being $611,928 and an average cost per square foot of $139.  This represents a 16% price increase, and a 30% increase in sales!
