Myers Park Homes for Sale Under $1,000,000

Myers Park, located just south of Uptown Charlotte, is one of the oldest neighborhoods in all of Charlotte.  The homes in Myers Park range anywhere from the low $600's up to multi-million dollar homes.  This post however, is concerned with homes for sale in Myers Park for under $1,000,000 and there are currently 68 of them.  Myers Park is approximately a 10 minute drive to Uptown Charlotte (including rush-hour traffic) and is situated near Carolina Regional Medical Center and Presbyterian Hospital.  As such, this is a popular neighborhood for doctors, for its proximity to the hospitals, and a popular neighborhood for lawyers and business professionals for its proximity to Uptown Charlotte.
