Jim Cusato – Real Estate Broker | Lake Norman Area
A native from New Jersey, Jim owned a Orthodontic Instrument company and later worked as a investment banker on Wall Street for the first half of his life. He moved with his family to Charlotte in 1994 and started in new homes sales with Beazer Homes.
He spent the next 10 years in New Home Sales, winning the prestigious “Rookie of the Year” award from the Charlotte Regional Sales and Marketing Council, an affiliate of the Charlotte Home Builder’s Association. For the next several years, Jim continued to work in new home sales with such companies as Centex Homes, Khovnanian Homes, and Craft Homes.
